Dicha capacidad se ha visto refrendada por el la evoluci\u00f3n y crecimiento continua del edificio hasta el dia de hoy. De esta manera se consigue un edificio sostenible desde el punto de vista de la reutilizaci\u00f3n y el bajo mantenimiento del mismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destaca en su aspecto exterior el ladrillo caravista rojo y las pasarelas que a\u00fanan la doble funci\u00f3n de protecci\u00f3n solar y pasarelas de mantenimiento.<br \/>\nInteriormente el edificio se configura gracias a la existencia de grandes patinillos entorno a los cuales se agrupan los laboratorios.
